Jade Inc. Knowledge Base There are three (3) different ways that you can search through the knowledge base. Search by service and keyword allows you to narrow your search to a specific product line and enter keywords that would assist in narrowing your search. Search by article ID allows you to bring up an article that you have seen before by its numerical identifier. You can also view all entires in the knowledge base at one time.

Search by Article ID Pull up a knowledge base article by entering its id in the field below. enter article id View All Articles in System Click to view all the articles in the system. This may take a few moments to load.
