All suspicious emails are quarantined in your web-based message center. We do NOT blatantly bounce or ignore any email because it looks like SPAM. We deliver all the mail or quarantine it. You can log into your web message center anytime and see what has been quarantined for you. You're also notified daily via an interactive email quarantine summary what suspicious email has been detained by subject and sender. This summary allows you to black list or white list, release email from quarantine etc… but the main point is; you don't have to logon to message center to investigate email held for spam tendencies, that is done every day for you in an email report. If you feel an email has been improperly blocked, you can search by sender, subject, date, or size by clicking on headers, find it, release it, and make that not happen again for that sender.
You are in control
Web Message Center puts you in control! You define exactly what level of Spam protection you want, whom to black list/white list, and what is spam and what isn't. You don't have to rely on someone else's rules or have a technology certification to censor your email.
You decide what is spam and what isn't. You will have your own, password-protected Message Center with an easy to use interface that allows you to adjust filter settings from Lenient to Extreme, select the type of email you want blocked (Hoax "Fishing Scams", Money "Get Rich Quick", Adult "Sexually Explicit", Miscellaneous "Special Offers, and Racially Insensitive"), and to "approve" or "block" specific senders or entire domains. You have your own white list and black list for all email. Are you tired of that same retailer sending you product notices one, two, three or more times a day? Just block that retailer's domain… select for example; buymystuff.com for your blacklist and no more email from them.

*** By making changes in the way E-Mail is routed to your organization (simple MX record change), this allows our mail filtering servers to clean your E-Mail. After our system has scanned all incoming mail, only the legitimate clean E-Mail is forwarded on to a local email mail server or on to an approved** third party email host, for popping to the local inbox. Service between our filtering servers and the receiving email server can be set up by static list, SMTP verify, SMTP authentication, or LDAP setup. We can us a manual domain addition and user export list to perform our filtering service or employ a purely automated user verification system for additions, deletions, and modifications with users or domains.
** Approved third party email hosts reflects our ability to work with your email hosting provider to gain access to an MX Record change and communicate with their email server if necessary.
